You won't find a 'set' menu below, because I always prefer to make food from the freshest seasonal produce on the day. I am pretty flexible and like to experiment with blending local produce with world cuisine, so if you have any specific ideas for your group, just let me know. See below for some sample dishes to get a flavour.

Sample dishes

Crab dip

A delicious blend of crab, cheese and spices

Avocado and shrimp ceviche

Succulent shrimp and fresh local avocado marinated in lemon juice and cilantro

Tuna Tataki

Finely sliced raw tuna, seared on the outside and flavoured with soy and wasabi
